Responsibilities

• Conduct daily leasing activities to meet occupancy and rent growth goals and provide top-tier service to residents.
• Process lease paperwork and ensure move-in readiness while minimizing vacancy.
• Respond to inquiries from prospects via phone, online, or in person and follow up promptly within 24–48 hours.
