Qualifications

• 1+ years' customer service experience; hospitality or apartment leasing role.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and professional image.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic office tasks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the welcoming first point of contact for residents, prospects and visitors.
• Effectively lease apartments and meet budgeted targets.
• Ensure Fair Housing Standards in all interactions with prospects and residents.
• Coordinate resident applications, lease packets and files.
• Follow up on leasing activity and resident inquiries.
