Edward Rose & Sons is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our on-site community team in Montgomery, IL. You will present community information, assist prospective residents, and manage lease documentation to ensure a positive rental experience.

Qualifications include prior sales or customer service experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and familiarity with Yardi Voyager. Weekend hours may be required; driver’s license and reliable transportation are expected.

Responsibilities

• Present community information to prospective renters in a professional manner to appeal to their rental needs.
• Provide accurate information on the selling features of the community and surrounding area.
• Build positive rapport with potential residents by answering telephone and email communications in a timely manner.
• Process applications for prospective residents and follow up to maintain consistent communication.
• Prepare lease contracts and other required documents.
• Coordinate residents moving in and out, documenting events and informing departments.
