Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Leasing Associate to manage leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations at a Columbus area community. You will handle lease signings, lead generation, tours, and move-in preparations while maintaining strong customer service standards.

Responsibilities include scheduling tours, processing applications, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing, and supporting social media outreach to boost occupancy. A on-site role with flexible hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience
• Microsoft Office, Property Management Software

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from residents and prospects to schedule tours
• Greet and qualify prospects using guest cards; assist with applications and deposits per procedures
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification
• Show apartments and close sales; prepare for move-ins and orientation
• Maintain social media presence to boost visibility and engagement
• Address complaints promptly to promote resident satisfaction and retention
• Generate leads, conduct tours, and accompany follow-ups to close leases
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure timely service requests
