The Tipton Group is seeking a friendly Leasing Agent for a 205-unit property in Arlington, TX. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, respond to inquiries, and guide applicants through leasing documentation, deposits, and payments with a strong focus on customer service.

This role emphasizes a sales mindset, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced property management environment to support occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required and proven apartment leasing experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with a sales mindset.
• Familiarity with OneSite or similar property management software.

Mansioni

• Greet residents and prospects in a friendly, professional manner.
• Conduct apartment and community tours for prospective residents.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, online leads, and in person.
• Guide applicants through the leasing process and documentation.
• Collect deposits and payments and maintain accurate records in OneSite.
• Support occupancy goals and resident retention with excellent service.
