Responsibilities

• Greet prospective and current residents in a friendly and professional manner.
• Conduct apartment and community tours for prospective residents.
• Respond to leasing inquiries by phone, email, online leads, and in person.
• Follow up daily with prospective residents and assist them throughout the leasing process.
• Build rapport with prospects and help convert leads into new residents.
• Provide information on availability, pricing, amenities, and community features.
• Prepare leasing documents, applications, and other required paperwork.
• Collect deposits, fees, and payments as applicable.
• Maintain accurate resident information in OneSite.
• Support occupancy and resident retention goals with the property management team.
