The Tipton Group is seeking a friendly Leasing Agent for a 205-unit community in Arlington, TX. You will greet residents, conduct tours, respond to inquiries, and guide prospects through the leasing process with a sales mindset and exceptional customer service.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in apartment leasing, are proficient with OneSite, and are organized, dependable, and team-focused to help maintain occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of apartment leasing experience.
• Experience using OneSite property management software.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Sales-minded with strong follow-up skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Professional, dependable, and team-focused.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced property management environment.

• Greet prospective and current residents in a friendly and professional manner
• Conduct apartment and community tours with prospective residents
• Respond to leasing inquiries by phone, email, online leads, and in person
• Follow up daily with prospective residents and assist them throughout the leasing process
• Build rapport with prospects and help convert leads into new residents
• Provide information regarding apartment availability, pricing, amenities, and community features
• Prepare leasing documents, applications, and other required paperwork
• Collect applicable deposits, fees, and payments

What You'll Do

The Leasing Agent serves as the friendly face of the community and plays an important role in helping prospective residents find their new home. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has a sales mindset, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.
