Qualifications

• 1-3 years of sales/leasing or customer service experience (multifamily preferred).
• CRM tools proficiency preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends and maintain flexible schedule.
• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve leasing goals by converting leads into leases and promoting premium units with favorable terms.
• Respond to inquiries promptly, follow up on leads, and maintain a strong pipeline using CRM.
• Increase renewal rates by fostering resident relationships and addressing concerns proactively.
• Monitor local rental trends, pricing, new construction and market demand for sales insights.
• Engage with marketing, resident events, and social media to boost occupancy and brand visibility.
• Maintain tour routes and show units to leave a positive impression on prospects.
• Deliver a seamless move-in experience that exceeds resident expectations.
• Provide exceptional customer service with professionalism and empathy in a welcoming community.
