Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Leasing Consultant to act as the face of the property, delivering exceptional customer service while driving leasing goals. You will manage showings, applications, move-ins, and ongoing resident relations on a day-to-day basis.

The role emphasizes selling skills, organization, and strong communication to maintain occupancy and resident satisfaction at our California properties.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a customer service or sales role; multifamily leasing experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; knowledge of Fair Housing laws is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with leasing software is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the property.
• Assist in completing market surveys and execute marketing strategies to maintain occupancy.
• Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
• Guide residents through move-in for a smooth experience.
• Provide superior customer service and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Process maintenance requests with the team to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain resident files with accuracy.
• Update unit availability and community calendars daily.
• Perform inspections to ensure move-in readiness.
• Support administration, phone support, and other tasks as needed.
• Conduct move-out inspections and assist with turnover procedures.
