Bader is seeking a Leasing Consultant for the Midway Urban Village community in Dallas, TX. This full-time, on-site role focuses on generating leads, conducting tours, and guiding applicants through the leasing process to closing.

You'll deliver excellent customer service, stay informed about market rents and availability, and work to achieve occupancy and renewal goals. Competitive benefits are included with this position.

• Maintain knowledge of market rents, amenities, and competition.
• Demonstrate strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to telephone, email, website, social media, and walk-in inquiries.
• Generate and follow up on leads to convert prospects into tours and leases.
• Conduct personalized apartment and community tours highlighting features, amenities, pricing, and availability.
• Guide prospects through the application, screening, approval, and lease-signing process.
• Maintain knowledge of current market conditions, competing communities, rental rates, and amenities.
• Achieve leasing, occupancy, and renewal goals established by management.
• Maintain leasing closing ratios that meet company expectations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to prospects, residents, guests, and vendors.
