Job summary

Gorman & Company, LLC is seeking a Leasing Specialist for Grand Boulevard Apartments in Green Bay, WI—a brand-new 95-unit market-rate community opening in late February 2027. You will help introduce the community to prospective residents and provide a welcoming living experience from the very start.

The role focuses on leasing in line with company policies and Fair Housing guidelines, building relationships with prospects, residents, vendors, and team members, and supporting move-in and move-out

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leasing, multifamily housing, sales, or customer service experience.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments following policies and Fair Housing guidelines.
• Conduct community tours with a personalized experience for prospective residents.
• Build relationships with prospects, residents, vendors, and team members.
• Follow up with prospects to convert leads to leases.
• Assist move-in and move-out processes to ensure a smooth resident experience.
• Complete administrative tasks including answering calls, entering service requests, and maintaining records.
• Support outreach marketing efforts, community networking, and competitor research.
• Coordinate with internal teams on compliance processes as needed.
