CONAM Management Corporation is seeking a Leasing Professional for Highlands Viera West in Melbourne, FL. This full-time role drives occupancy, resident satisfaction, and renewal strategies across leasing, tours, and applications.

You will manage outreach campaigns, coordinate move-ins, and keep accurate lease records while promoting the community online and on-site. Proficiency in MS Office and PM software, plus weekend availability, are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service experience, ideally in a sales environment or leasing property management.
• Passion for helping people find their ideal apartment home.
• Goal oriented mindset and proactive approach.
• Ability to multitask leasing apartments, tours, paperwork, and resident needs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with property management software (Yardi, MRI, or similar).
• Friendly, energetic and approachable personality.
• Weekend availability is essential for meetings and tours during peak hours.
• Physical ability to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Leasing & Marketing: Promote the community, conduct tours, and manage online listings and campaigns to drive traffic.
• Lease Signing & Move-In Coordination: Screen applicants, prepare leases, and coordinate smooth move-ins; maintain lease docs.
• Resident Satisfaction & Retention: Build relationships to encourage renewals and address concerns.
• Sales & Lead Generation: Convert leads to leases; meet leasing goals and generate new prospects via events and follow-ups.
• Administrative Support: Maintain records, assist reporting, and support the Community Manager with renewals and compliance.
