Responsibilities

• Greet prospective and current residents in a friendly, professional manner.
• Conduct apartment and community tours for prospects.
• Respond to leasing inquiries by phone, email, online leads, and in person.
• Follow up daily with prospects and assist them through the leasing process.
• Build rapport and convert leads into new residents.
