Job summary

The Tipton Group seeks an efficient Leasing Agent to present and lease properties to prospective tenants in the Mid-cities area of Texas, turning interest into occupancy and supporting high occupancy rates.

You will establish rapport with residents, tour units, follow up with prospects daily, and prepare leasing forms while collecting payments. A minimum of one year of leasing experience and knowledge of OneSite are required; teamwork is valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience as a leasing agent.
• Working knowledge of property management software OneSite.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with residents and provide grade A personalized customer service.
• Meet with future residents and take them on tours of the units.
• Conduct daily follow up with prospective tenants.
• Prepare and execute leasing forms and collect appropriate payments.
