Property Management, Inc. Camp Hill, PA is hiring a full-time Leasing Agent to manage leasing for multiple conventional apartment communities in the Harrisburg–Lancaster area.

This role requires coordinating leasing efforts, upholding company policies, resolving resident issues, and traveling as needed to maximize occupancy and rental income. Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• PA Real Estate License is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate leasing efforts to maximize rental income.
• Ensuring Company policies and procedures are upheld.
• Resolve resident complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Conduct routine property inspections to ensure standards are met.
• Lead efforts to enhance resident retention through excellent customer service.
