Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• PA Real Estate License is a plus but not required.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Valid PA Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate leasing efforts to maximize rental income.
• Uphold company policies and procedures.
• Resolve resident complaints and issues promptly.
• Conduct routine property inspections to ensure standards.
• Lead efforts to enhance resident retention through customer service.
