• Customer Service & Resident Retention: service current residents, address needs, manage maintenance requests, support lease renewals.
• Marketing & Outreach: execute strategies to attract new residents, manage online ads, conduct market research, participate in outreach events.
• Administration & Compliance: maintain records, process payments, ensure compliance with policies and Fair Housing laws.
