Job summary

The Gardens Columbus is seeking a Leasing Consultant to welcome prospects, manage leads in CRM, schedule tours, and guide applicants through the leasing process at our Columbus community.

You will drive occupancy and rent growth, deliver exceptional service to residents, and collaborate with the onsite team, with flexible evenings and weekends. A high school diploma and 1–2 years in sales/customer service are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year sales and customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous leasing experience within multifamily property management is a plus.
• Knowledge of federal and state housing laws and leasing policies.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide unmatched customer service to prospects and residents and guide them through the leasing process.
• Manage leads in CRM, schedule tours, show apartments, and encourage online applications.
• Deliver information about communities and promote tours to convert interest into leases.
• Process applications, screenings, leases, and move-in paperwork in a timely manner.
• Support flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends to meet community needs.
• Collaborate with onsite team to achieve occupancy goals and maintain property knowledge.
