VIP Management in the High Desert region seeks a leasing professional to join its residential property team. The role focuses on processing rental applications, screening credit, and coordinating move-ins for single-family and multifamily homes in Southern California.

The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Prior leasing or property management experience is preferred and will be valued in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or property management preferred.
• Ability to process rental applications and credit screening.
• Knowledge of move-in coordination and property showings.

Responsabilités

• Process rental applications for vacant apartments and houses.
• Review and run credit screening reports.
• Obtain written verifications of employment and rent history.
• Coordinate move-in dates with tenants and properties.
• Show vacancies to prospective tenants.
