Job summary

Dominium Inc. is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Sage at Franklin Park in Austin to blend customer service and sales while leasing apartments. You will greet prospects by phone, email, text and in person, present homes, and guide them through tours.

You will document interactions in Yardi PMS, ensure fair housing compliance, and assist with applications for affordable housing. Strong communication and a professional appearance are essential, with weekend/evening flexibility.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent education; sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong people skills and professional demeanor.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work evenings and weekends; may require a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Greets and assists prospective residents via phone, email, text, and in person; build rapport and provide tours.
• Presents units, closes leases, and follows up with prospects.
• Inspects and cleans homes for tours; maintain presentable tours.
• Maintains knowledge of local amenities and communicates to prospects.
• Adheres to Fair Housing laws; documents interactions in Yardi PMS.
• Guides customers through application and collects required documents for eligibility.
• Participates in off-site marketing and traffic‑generating initiatives.
• Supports events, resident retention efforts, and tasks from the supervisor.
