Job summary

Louisville Urban League is seeking a REBOUND Leasing Specialist to market and lease available rental properties and support occupancy and financial performance of the REBOUND portfolio in Louisville, KY. You will screen tenants, prepare lease agreements, collect rent, coordinate maintenance, and maintain strong resident relations.

Responsibilities include tours, inquiries, documentation, move-ins, renewals, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and regulations.

Qualifications

• 5 years of progressively responsible experience in leasing, property management, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Knowledge of Tax Credits, HOME, Section 8, Fair Housing, and HUD regulations and programs highly preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Proficient in Google Suite tools and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all properties at 95% or higher Occupancy Rate.
• Greet and assist prospective residents in a professional and friendly manner.
• Conduct property tours and explain rental rates, lease terms, and policies.
• Process rental applications and lease documentation in accordance with policies and laws.
• Coordinate move-in appointments and renewals; assist with resident retention.
• Manage eviction workflow and collections.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and local, state, and federal laws.
• Assist with marketing activities, resident events, and outreach.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, website, and in person.
