Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Word/Excel/Outlook and OneSite.
• Basic understanding of Federal, State and local Fair Housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Receives phone inquiries directing the call to the proper party or recording messages correctly.

• Meets with prospective residents, conducts property and apartment tours and reviews lease requirements.
• Prepares and maintains resident files and leases, keeping forms up to date.
• Record resident service requests and assist maintenance in timely completion.
• Schedule and inspect apartments for turnkey service.
• Receive and acknowledge resident notices and prepare files.
• Assist in lease renewals and assemble move-in packages.
• Keep market survey of competitor rates up to date and visit competitors.
