Beach Front Property Management, Inc. is seeking a proactive Leasing Specialist based in Long Beach, CA, with roving duties across the South Bay, Orange County, and Inglewood.

You will tour communities, qualify applicants, and close leases while coordinating with property teams. Ideal candidates have multifamily leasing experience, exceptional communication skills, and are comfortable traveling between sites with a reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in residential/multifamily apartment leasing.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work a Tuesday – Saturday schedule.
• Familiarity with Yardi software is a plus (not required).
• Reliable vehicle for traveling between regional property sites.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging property tours and showcase apartment amenities.
• Respond promptly to prospective resident inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
• Process lease applications, credit checks, and rental agreements.
• Maintain accurate lead and tenant tracking records using Yardi.
• Travel between assigned regional properties as needed.

Pay: $20.00 – $22.00/hour + $350/mo Auto Allowance + Monthly Bonuses

Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

The Opportunity

Beach Front Property Management is seeking an energetic, driven Leasing Specialist to join our Southern California team. Based out of our Long Beach office, you will travel to assigned multi-family properties across the South Bay, Orange County, and Inglewood to tour prospective residents and close leases.

Commission Structure (Resets Monthly)

• 1–5 leases: $200 per lease
• 6–10 leases: $250 per lease
• 11+ leases: $300 per lease (Strong performers consistently hit 10+ leases/month)
