Job summary

Beach Front Property Management, Inc. is seeking a proactive Leasing Specialist based in Long Beach to tour properties across the South Bay, Orange County and Inglewood, closing leases with prospective residents.

You will travel between multi-family communities, conduct engaging tours, manage applications and credit checks, and maintain accurate lead data in Yardi. The role offers a lucrative earning potential and full benefits, with a Tuesday–Saturday schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential/multifamily apartment leasing.
• Strong customer service, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Able to work Tuesday–Saturday schedule.
• Familiarity with Yardi is a plus (not required).
• Reliable vehicle for traveling between regional properties.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours and showcase amenities.
• Respond promptly to prospective resident inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
• Process lease applications, credit checks, and rental agreements.
• Maintain accurate lead and tenant tracking records using Yardi.
• Travel between assigned regional properties as needed.

Pay: $20.00 – $22.00/hour + $350/mo Auto Allowance + Monthly Bonuses

Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

The Opportunity

Beach Front Property Management is seeking an energetic, driven Leasing Specialist to join our Southern California team. Based out of our Long Beach office, you will travel to assigned multi-family properties across the South Bay, Orange County, and Inglewood to tour prospective residents and close leases.

Commission Structure (Resets Monthly)

• 1–5 leases: $200 per lease
• 6–10 leases: $250 per lease
• 11+ leases: $300 per lease (Strong performers consistently hit 10+ leases/month)
