Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Leasing Consultant to be the face of the property, delivering exceptional resident service while driving leasing goals and ensuring a seamless experience for prospective and current residents. You’ll have the opportunity to grow your career in multifamily property management while helping shape a welcoming, thriving community.

You will show apartments, process rental applications, and support marketing efforts to maintain strong occupancy.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 1 year in a customer service or sales role; multifamily leasing experience preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; knowledge of Fair Housing laws is a plus.
• Tech Proficiency: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with Yardi/Entrata/EliseAI is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the property.
• Assist in completing market surveys and execute marketing strategies to maintain occupancy.
• Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
• Guide residents through move-in and ensure a smooth experience.
• Provide superior customer service and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Process maintenance requests and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Maintain resident files and assist with administrative duties.
• Conduct move-out inspections and support turnover procedures.
• Handle resident collections in line with company standards.
