Cornerstone Residential is hiring a Leasing Agent to welcome prospective residents, conduct tours, and process rental applications. You will secure leases, support renewals, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws while contributing to occupancy and revenue goals.

The role requires at least 1 year in a similar setting, strong customer service and sales skills, and proficiency with MS Office and property management software. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in residential property management or related field.
• Strong customer service and sales experience.
• Proficient in English; good communication and computer skills.
• Able to pass background and drug screening.
• Valid drivers license required.

Responsabilités

• Lease and show apartments to prospective residents.
• Process rental applications and secure leases.
• Maintain occupancy and assist with marketing strategies as needed.
• Prepare resident files and reporting per SOPs.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up on issues.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
