You will manage leads using property software, coordinate showings, and collaborate with site staff to maintain high occupancy and resident satisfaction. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Proficient with basic office software and computer use.
• Experience with social media and property marketing helpful.
• Proven ability to convert calls into appointments and leases.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to work weekends and flexible hours.
