APG is a trusted property management company seeking a friendly leasing associate to welcome prospects, present the community, and lease available units. You will handle resident inquiries, document traffic, and support marketing and reporting efforts.

High school diploma required; prior service or sales experience is preferred. Knowledge of tenant/landlord laws is important to ensure compliant operations. Top performers can earn commissions and enjoy a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be people-oriented, self-motivated, exhibit a positive personality, and be sales-motivated.
• Previous experience in a service/sales-related industry is preferred.
• Must have detailed knowledge of local, state, and federal laws governing tenant/landlord relations and market product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Leasing units and renewing leases to maintain optimum occupancy.
• Greet prospects and residents with professionalism and conduct property sales presentations in person and by phone.
• Document traffic to monitor marketing efforts and follow up with prospective residents.
• Demonstrate high standards of customer relations and participate in the Resident Renewal program.
• Maintain office, model, and show unit appearance and perform inspections as needed.
• Contribute to marketing and leasing reports, advertising programs, and market surveys.
