Job summary

APG is a trusted property management company delivering exceptional living experiences across its residential communities. This position is the first impression for customers entering an APG property; you will project APG professionally, friendly, and helpful, and apply knowledge of the property to lease units and address residents’ needs.

Responsibilities include leasing, greeting prospects, documenting traffic, maintaining standards, and supporting marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Knowledge of tenant/landlord laws and market product knowledge is expected.
• Strong sales and customer relations skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Leverage sales skills to achieve optimal occupancy and renewals.
• Greet prospects and residents, and present property offerings by phone and in person.
• Document traffic and follow up with prospective residents to drive conversions.
• Maintain high standards of customer relations and participate in Renewal programs.
• Keep office, model, and show units presentable; assist in reporting and marketing tasks.
• Assist in marketing, advertising, and market surveys and prepare community newsletters.
• Stay involved with market research and training; handle service requests and maintenance knowledge.
