Job summary

Dayrise Residential in Fairburn, GA is seeking a Leasing Consultant to welcome prospective residents, conduct engaging tours, and guide applicants through the leasing journey.

You will handle inquiries, process applications, coordinate move-ins, and partner with onsite teams to maintain a welcoming community and deliver outstanding customer service.

High school diploma required; 1–3 years of leasing experience preferred, plus a valid driver’s license and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of property management or leasing experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to walk the property and access all areas.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging community tours and match prospects with their ideal home.
• Manage the full leasing lifecycle—from inquiry to move-in and renewals.
• Maintain knowledge of market conditions and competitor offerings.
• Ensure apartment homes are tour-ready and meet quality standards.
• Build resident relationships through outstanding customer service.
• Assist with planning and executing resident events and engagement initiatives.
• Respond to resident and prospect inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
