Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience required; leasing or sales experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance may be required for travel to multiple properties.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of apartment rentals, from attracting residents to initiating lease documentation.
• Assess potential residents and guide move-in procedures with strong customer focus.
• Maintain positive resident relations and coordinate with office staff to support leasing goals.
• Provide exceptional service to residents and ensure accurate, compliant lease processes.
