Job summary

Walton Crossing in Bentonville, AR, is seeking a Full-Time Leasing Consultant to welcome prospective residents and turn tours into leases. You will work closely with the Community Director to promote our apartments, greet residents, answer calls, and maintain the clubhouse.

This on-site role includes weekend/evening hours and a rent-discount housing option for residents. Responsibilities include presenting units, developing relationships, processing applications, and preparing leases.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Persuasive marketing and sales skills.
• Leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones promptly and professionally, turning incoming calls into resident leads.
• Present apartment units and community amenities to prospective residents.
