Responsibilities

• Explain all lease and community policies to new and current residents.
• Accurately and efficiently prepare and assist with leasing paperwork.
• Collect security deposits, rent and all other funds.
• Conduct follow-up activity to establish positive resident relations.
• Attend and assist in coordinating resident relations and activities (newsletters, parties, etc.).
• Support the overall marketing efforts of the community.
