Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Wellington Ridge in Covington, GA. You will blend customer service with sales, presenting properties, building rapport, and guiding applicants through the leasing process to drive occupancy and ensure a positive resident experience.

The role requires adherence to Fair Housing guidelines, professional presentation, and accurate data entry in the Yardi PMS system. Evening/weekend availability and a valid driver's license may be needed.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent education required.
• Sales or other customer service experience preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents by phone, email, text, and in person; build rapport and provide property tours.
• Present available units, close leases following company standards, and follow up with prospects.
• Inspect and prepare homes for tours to ensure cleanliness and presentation.
