Job summary

Dominium Inc. is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Wellington Ridge in Covington, GA. The role blends customer service with sales, guiding prospective residents through tours, applications, and leasing decisions.

You will present properties, maintain strong community knowledge, ensure compliant, professional tours, and follow up with prospects to maximize occupancy while upholding Fair Housing standards.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent education; sales and/or other customer service experience preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English.
• Well-developed people skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to focus on established goals and sales requirements.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends, including 7 days a week as needed.
• May require a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greets and assists prospective residents via phone, email, text, and in person; build rapport and provide property tours.
• Presents available units, closes leases following company standards, and conducts timely follow-up with prospects.
• Inspects and polishes homes scheduled for tours, ensures cleanliness and readiness.
• Maintains familiarity with property features, local schools, hospitals, banks, shopping, transportation, and amenities; communicates these to prospects.
• Completes guest cards and accurately enters data in Yardi PMS software.
• Guides customers through application completion and collects required documentation for affordable housing eligibility.
• Participates in off-site marketing activities to support occupancy goals.
• Supports community events and resident retention efforts; completes projects assigned by supervisor.
