CAF Management - Grand Hampton is seeking a Leasing Professional to welcome prospective residents, provide tours, and guide applicants through the leasing process with professionalism. This role focuses on customer service, sales targets, and accurate record-keeping using Entrata or similar software.

You will collaborate with maintenance and management teams, support marketing efforts, and help ensure resident satisfaction while staying informed on market trends and pricing.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Availability to work Saturdays (closed Sundays) and maintain a flexible weekday schedule.
• Comfortable with leasing goals and sales metrics.
• Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, provide tours, and highlight community features.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
• Guide applicants through the leasing process from start to finish.
• Maintain accurate records in Entrata (or similar software).
• Assist with marketing efforts, outreach, and resident events.
• Support move-ins, lease renewals, and resident communication.
• Collaborate with maintenance and management teams to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Stay current on market trends, pricing, and availability.
