Responsibilities

Lease apartments at the highest effective rent level with a focus on customer service.
Maintain a courteous and helpful attitude at all times.
Respond promptly to resident requests and help resolve issues.
Explain company policies to residents and potential residents.
Complete lease documents accurately and timely.
Maintain accurate resident files per policy.
Enter resident data in accordance with policy.
Assist in developing a resident retention/renewal program.
Inspect units prior to move-in to ensure market readiness.
Support leasing activities and resident relations.
Track rent levels and competitive community amenities.
Prepare market survey reports as needed.
Greet new residents and assist with move-in.
Show model and available units.
Participate in community events planning.
Become certified as a Leasing Specialist through in-house training.
Travel may be required; occasional weekend hours may be required.
