Job summary

Fairfield Property Management is seeking a motivated Leasing Agent with great communication skills to join our team in Louisiana. You will serve as the liaison between the management office and current or prospective residents, marketing the property, screening applicants, and ensuring a welcoming leasing office environment.

The role requires strong organizational abilities, excellent customer service, and the ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months to one year of property management or face-to-face sales experience preferred.
• Self-motivated go-getter who can work independently with little guidance.
• Strong communication skills and excellent telephone etiquette.
• Ability to write correspondence in a professional manner and maintain accurate files.

Responsibilities

• Shows and leases apartments.
• Answers incoming phone calls and converts inquiries from prospective residents into scheduled appointments to visit the community.
• Stays up to date on current availability and waiting lists and contacts prospects.
• Maintains resident files with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Provides exceptional customer service to current and future residents to promote a quality living experience and maintain a high occupancy level.
