Job summary

Fairfield Property Management is seeking a motivated Leasing Agent with great communication skills to join our team. As the liaison between our management office and current/prospective residents, you'll play a pivotal role in marketing our property, screening potential residents, and ensuring a welcoming environment in the leasing office.

With exceptional organizational skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service, you will have a direct impact on creating an excellent living

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months to 1 year of property management or face-to-face sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and excellent telephone etiquette.
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook; ability to learn other software as needed.

Responsibilities

• Shows and leases apartments.
• Answers incoming phone calls and converts inquiries from prospective residents into scheduled appointments to visit the community.
• Stays up to date on current availability and waiting lists and contacts prospects.
• Maintains resident files with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Provides exceptional customer service to current and future residents to promote a quality living experience and maintain a high occupancy level
