Job summary

Fairfield Property Management is seeking a motivated Leasing Agent with strong communication skills to join our team. You will serve as the liaison between our office and residents, marketing the property and screening prospective residents to create a welcoming leasing environment.

You will answer calls, schedule visits, stay updated on availability, and maintain resident files, delivering excellent customer service to sustain high occupancy and a quality living experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months to one year of property management or face-to-face sales experience preferred.
• Self-motivated go-getter who can work independently with little guidance.
• Strong communication skills and excellent telephone etiquette.
• Ability to maintain reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and vehicle insurance.
• Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Shows and leases apartments.
• Answers incoming phone calls and converts inquiries into scheduled appointments.
• Keeps current on availability and waiting lists and contacts prospects.
• Maintains resident files with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Provides exceptional customer service to promote a high occupancy and quality living experience.
