Job summary

Hawthorne Residential Partners seeks a Leasing Consultant at Hawthorne at the Mill in Myrtle Beach. You will convert inbound leads to signed leases through follow-up and relationship-building, and conduct personalized tours highlighting the community lifestyle.

The role blends sales and hospitality with a schedule Monday–Friday 9–6 and Saturdays 10–4, plus occasional evenings for events. A valid driver's license and prior customer service experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in person, over the phone, and in writing.
• Ability to read prospect needs and tailor conversations.
• Attention to detail on leasing paperwork and timelines.
• Comfort with Saturday scheduling as part of the routine.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads from phone, email, and web to convert to leases.
• Conduct personalized community tours highlighting lifestyle over square footage.
• Complete applications, verifications, and move-in paperwork accurately.
• Coordinate resident events to support retention and renewal goals.
• Utilize CRM to follow up and manage prospects and leases.
