Job summary

The Links at Harrison is seeking a Full-Time Leasing Consultant to join Lindsey Management Co., Inc. You will promote available apartments, tour prospective residents, and convert tours into leases, working closely with the Community Director.

You will greet residents and guests, answer phones, assist at the clubhouse, and help maintain the property's amenities. Strong communication, sales skills, and reliability are essential; weekend/evening/holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Persuasive marketing and sales techniques.
• Past leasing experience preferred.
• All applicants must pass a criminal background check and drug screening, and must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones promptly and professionally, turning incoming calls into resident leads.
• Present apartment units and community amenities to prospective residents.
• Develop and maintain community relationships.
• Prepare leases and lease renewals.
• Process resident applications.
• Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as scheduled.
