Responsibilities include greeting prospects, qualifying applicants, coordinating move-ins, preparing leases, and handling daily admin duties.

Qualifications

• 1 year of property management experience preferred.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills are essential!
• Audio recording consent may be required during employment.
• Desire to work in a team setting with opportunities for growth internally.
• Professional etiquette is essential.

Responsibilities

• Meets and greets prospective residents in a friendly, timely manner.
• Qualifies applicants for apartments thoroughly and promptly.
• Coordinates with maintenance to ensure smooth move-ins.
• Maintains accurate rental data and files in the system.
• Prepares and oversees lease signing with new residents.
• Completes monthly admin tasks and keeps paperwork organized.
• Interacts with residents to resolve maintenance issues and ensure timely rent payments.
