Job summary

Levco Management is seeking a motivated Leasing Specialist to join our Hampton, VA apartment community. This role focuses on maximizing occupancy through exceptional customer service, accurate leasing files, and proactive follow-up with prospective residents.

The position requires strong sales, organizational skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including alternating Saturdays. Benefit package includes PTO, health/dental insurance, and rent discounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in multifamily property management, apartment leasing, or lease-up operations preferred.
• Strong sales, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and positive attitude.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities and leasing prospects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective residents, providing exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process.
• Respond promptly and professionally to leasing inquiries received through phone calls, emails, online platforms, and walk-in traffic.
• Conduct engaging and informative property tours, highlighting community amenities, apartment features, and the benefits of residing at the property.
• Proactively follow up with prospective residents, manage leasing leads, and maintain accurate prospect records within the CRM system.
• Utilize effective sales and closing techniques to convert qualified prospects into residents and achieve established leasing and occupancy goals.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of current availability, rental rates, lease terms, concessions, and competitor market conditions.
