MG Properties is seeking a friendly Leasing Consultant for Riverwalk at Happy Valley in Happy Valley, OR. You will provide outstanding customer service, qualify applicants, and coordinate with maintenance to ensure smooth move-ins.

This role also participates in monthly and quarterly bonuses, generous paid time off, holidays, sick time, a 401K with employer match, and comprehensive medical/dental/vision benefits, plus life insurance and flexible spending accounts.

Competenze

• 1 year of property management experience preferred.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills are essential.
• Consent to audio recordings being made during duties is required.
• Team-oriented culture with opportunities for advancement.

Mansioni

• Meets and greets prospective residents, in a timely and friendly manner.
• Qualifies applicants for apartments promptly.
• Coordinates with maintenance for smooth move-ins.
• Maintains rental files and enters data into the system.
• Prepares and oversees lease signings.
• Assists with monthly admin tasks and paperwork.
• Interacts professionally with residents to resolve issues and collect rents.
