Job summary

NuRock is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant for one of our apartment communities in South Austin, TX. The role leads leasing efforts, drives occupancy, and delivers exceptional customer service.

You will market properties, tour prospects, process applications, and move-ins, while maintaining up-to-date listings and collaborating with on-site staff. Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus; a high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment leasing or multifamily housing is preferred.
• Strong marketing, lead generation, and lease-closing abilities.
• Self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Familiar with leasing software and online marketing platforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus.
• High school diploma or GED required.

LEASING CONSULTANT

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Leasing Consultants to lead leasing efforts at one of our apartment communities located in South Austin. This is a fast-paced, results-driven role ideal for someone with a strong background in multifamily leasing, excellent marketing skills, and a proven ability to secure leases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all leasing efforts for the apartment community
• Attract and retain qualified residents through innovative marketing strategies and community outreach
• Manage the entire leasing process: touring, application processing, and move-ins
• Maintain high occupancy by proactively following up on leads and closing deals
• Ensure online listings, and signage are up-to-date and effective
• Collaborate with on-site staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain resident satisfaction
• Track leasing activity

What We’re Looking For:

• Apartment leasing or multifamily housing is preferred
