Leasing Specialist

Job Title: Leasing Specialist

Division: Multifamily

Status: Non - Exempt

Job Summary

In the Leasing Specialist role, you will show and lease apartments or townhomes to prospective residents.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Greet prospective residents and provide property tours.
  • Maintain guest cards and complete follow-ups.
  • Assist the Property Manager with the property's overall performance, including efficiency, turnover rate, occupancy, income, and budget management.
  • Assist in collecting rent and managing delinquent accounts.
  • Participate in resident retention programs and promotional activities.
  • Prepare and maintain complete resident files.
Qualifications

  • Must be customer service oriented.
