Dream Live Prosper Communities is hiring a Leasing Specialist in Little Rock to deliver a WOW experience, guide tours, manage leads, and boost occupancy. You will interact with residents and guests, coordinate events, and drive referrals while upholding the company values and Standards of Excellence.

The role requires a proven leasing/sales background, strong communication skills, and a proactive, accountable attitude. Full-time position with hourly pay and a focus on community impact.

Qualifications

• A strong background in multiple years of multifamily property management is required.
• Proven ability to drive positive results while representing and promoting core values.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong outreach and social media marketing background.
• Experience conducting accurate market surveys by conducting in-person shops on a regular basis.
• A sense of empowerment, accountability, and success at achieving goals, driving performance, and developing team members.
• Appfolio, G-suite, and Microsoft Office experience is a plus.
• Organizing and coordinating resident events monthly.

Responsibilities

• Respond to all leads within 4 hours and manage the full lead-to-lease process.
• Prospect weekly and build relationships with local businesses for cross-promotion.
• Network with major employers, universities, and hospitals to generate traffic.
• Conduct leasing tours using DLP’s Standards of Excellence and close with confidence.
• Assist prospects in applying using online tools and proven closing techniques.
• Create and lead resident programs to enhance the living experience.
• Build relationships with current and past residents to drive referrals.
• Regularly walk and inspect the property to ensure cleanliness and functionality.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, guest cards, follow-ups, and lease paperwork.
• Communicate consistently with the Community Manager, leadership, and teammates.
• Attend all required meetings and trainings; manage goals and time effectively.

About This Opportunity

• Compensation: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
