We are seeking a well-organized, enthusiastic individual with sales aptitude to join our award-winning property management team as a Leasing Specialist at our luxury apartment community, Portside at East Pier I & II, MA.

Responsibilities

1. Meet, greet, and qualify prospective residents.
2. Follow up on phone leads and referrals.
3. Schedule appointments and conduct property tours.
4. Guide clients through the leasing process from application to move-in.

Qualifications

• Previous successful experience in customer service (retail, hospitality, etc.)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to multi-task, work independently, and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Residential leasing experience and knowledge of Fair Housing regulations preferred
• Reliable transportation and punctuality for property visits and trainings
