• Market & Shine! Use creative strategies to promote our properties through social media, local events, and marketing campaigns.
• Support & Solve! Be a resource for residents, addressing questions and concerns positively and professionally.
• Be a Team Player! Collaborate with the Property Management team to meet leasing and renewal goals.

What You’ll Bring to The Team:

• A passion for helping people find their next home.
• Excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities.

• Tech-savviness with property management software and social media platforms.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking.
• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in sales, customer service, or real estate is a plus but not required.
